I LOVE Jello! Anyone who knows me, knows I always have Jello made for holidays. It is so fun to make, eat and an easy treat to play around with for holidays. I decided to do something a little different this year. Instead of the big ol pan of Jello, I put it in individual cups and had a little patriotic fun with it!!
I started by adding my red jello first. I did not do the speed set method. I let the red cool and set over night. The next morning I made the blue jello and poured it right over the red. I let the sit in the fridge for another day. When I pulled it out, it was perfect! I was so excited. Kind of sad how excited I get at the smallest things, right?
Then I poured red and blue sprinkles onto some plates. Yes, I used micky and minnie mouse plates. I also had a plate of water. I dipped the cups into the water and then each color or just one color to jazz things up a bit!
I added dollops of cool whip and Swedish fish to the ones for the kids. I cut out a few 4th of July cupcake toppers with my silhouette and put them right into the cool whip! Voila! So fun and perfect for the Fourth!
