Its that time! Time for a 5 on Friday, or every blogger’s excuse to catch up on whats been going on;)
I know you all know what I have been going through lately. Can I be honest? I really, really hate talking about me. To anyone. It makes me feel selfish. My husband told me not to feel that way. This is scary and I need to talk about it. Anyways, this is my blog so I am going to probably talk a lot about me and what I am going through to try and connect with the other people who have been diagnosed with Lupus. But of course I will get back to normal and bring you all sweet pictures of my babies, yummy recipes and fun crafts again!!
1. Moo-moo came to send the weekend with us a couple weeks ago! She called me on Wednesday and asked if I could pick her up at the airport Thursday. Ummmm, of course! I don’t know about you, but I love my parents. I am a mommy’s girl and a daddy’s girl. I love seeing them and spending as much time with them as I can since they don’t live near us anymore. Mom was so excited to see the babies. After we picked her up at the airport, we headed to get the twins from school. We walked in to their room and as soon as they saw moo-moos face, they ran as fast as they could to her! They love her so much. We had so much fun that weekend. We cooked, we played, she helped me clean, and we rested. I miss her everyday so I was so glad she came and saw us for a little while!
Matt left four goody bags that morning for us. One for everyone. That man is so thoughtful but cracks me up. The bags were filled with candy.. candy, oh and some more candy. Yes, our babies have a sweet tooth just like their dang daddy but babe, come on. That was wrong hah. I was the mean mommy that morning for not letting them eat every single sour worm, sucker, daffy taffy, tootsie roll, or gum out of the bag. He also left me a goody bag that was filled with my favorite candy and maybe two or three of those single frozen drinks. Thank you baby, we love you.
Valentines day came and went so it was time to update the tassel banner for the next holiday.. I might be slightly obsessed with this tassel banner thing!!
Here’s a fun video for you to remember Jocelynn..
