I found a recipe a while back in the “Calling All Cooks” cookbook and it was bacon wrapped pork chops. They were the best pork chops EVER and I thought I would try it with chicken! It was amazing and the hubs loved it too!!
- Can of Cream of Chicken
- Can of Cream of Mushroom
- About a cup of Sour Cream (yes I’m that kind of cook)
- 7-8 Chicken Tenders
- 8 pieces of bacon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. I mixed the first 3 ingredients in the casserole dish.
Then I wrapped each tender with a piece or two pieces of bacon and placed in the mixed sauce.
I sprayed some foil with pam and then covered the chicken with it. Bake for 1 hour.
I like my bacon with a little crunch so I put the oven on Broil and put the chicken back in there for about 15 minutes until the bacon looks brown, beautiful and crispy!
Can you say yuuuummmmmm???? It would be delicious over pasta or rice but we ate it all by itself and it did not disappoint!! Now go on and make it!!!!
