Have I mentioned how much fun we had? I cant wait to go back. Speaking of going back, we will have to go back in a couple of weeks because while we were on vacation one of my teeth had an abscess. It hurt so bad. I figured since I had the help I would go ahead and go to the dentist and get it fixed. I had to have a root canal so we have to go back to get my crown! Alright, now back to our vacation…

Jocelynn and JP slept in until about 9 or 9:30 every morning. One morning while they were still asleep I decided to go ahead and pack everything for the beach so we could get out there early. It was nice to have everything packed when they woke up because we ate breakfast and then hit the beach! We got out there around 10:30 and it was so beautiful.

I wasn’t too sure how they would like the sand but they seemed not to mind it. The sand was pretty hot so I kept their water shoes on them. They are weird about things on their hands so whenever sand got on their hands they would come to me, stick their hands out and say “eehhh”. Which means “mom, please get this stuff off of me”.

We brought a tent with us this day which made it so much easier for nap time. By the time nap time rolled around I couldn’t get either baby to sleep and that’s where dada came to the rescue. Jp had gotten so mad because either sunscreen, salt water, or sand had gotten in his eyes and he couldn’t even open them. The poor thing. I tried rinsing them with water but nothing helped until Matt rocked him to sleep.. in the ocean hah. After JP went to sleep Matt rocked Jocelynn to sleep in the ocean too. Then he laid them down under the tent and my mommy heart melted..

Jocelynn is so lady-like, right? hah. After two hours of listening to the waves and relaxing with my wonderful husband Jp was the first to wake up. Me and Matt had been feeding the sea gulls so they were all right there when he woke. To say he was excited is a complete understatement. He kept saying “bir", bir “ and laughing so hard.

The baby girl woke up during the bird chaos and looked at us like.. “hey, why are wasting all of these chips?”

Jocelynn loves her chips. After the bird fun we went back to the condo to rest before going to get some dinner.

We went to a small (and very crowded) local place. The wait was very long but they had balloons to entertain the littles. That was JP’s light of the night. He loves anything “ball” shaped or anything that looks like a “ball”.

The wait for the food was even LONGER. I did what I had to do and took out the suckers. They love suckers and as long as they aren’t screaming, I don’t care. When our food came I didn’t think they would eat because we were keeping them busy with so much junk but they ate every single bit of it! This momma isn’t complaining about that;)

It was a fun night with family. I love every single member of my blessed family.

I thought id be able to do this trip in two posts but looks like its going to be three! I don’t want to overload you in pics!
