My babies will not eat sliced, diced or wedged potatoes. It drives me crazy because they LOVE french fries when we let them have them. I kept trying and trying with potatoes and finally found a yummy way that they actually like them… crisped and sliced thin like potato chips!
- 2-3 Large potatoes
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Ranch powder
- salt and pepper
Start by slicing your potatoes very thin. Think potato chip thin. Put them in a bowl and toss them with olive oil. Lay them out on a cookie sheet. Make sure they aren’t layered so every “chip” will get crisped. Sprinkle generously with ranch seasoning. Place them in a 400 degree oven. When they start to turn a pretty gold color, take them out and toss them a bit to try and get all sides that color. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and pop back into oven. When they look tasty enough to eat and some are that beautiful golden brown, take them out! ENJOY!
